My approach to nutrition emphasizes joy, balance, and sustainability, with a focus on incorporating nourishing, high-quality foods. I guide clients in cultivating strategies that enhance their well-being through a diet rich in whole grains, fresh produce, healthy fats, fiber, lean proteins, and even dark chocolate. I tailor my techniques to each individual’s unique needs by offering an integrative and functional approach to nutrition, while addressing the root causes of health challenges to support long-term wellness.
I firmly believe in the power of nutrition as both prevention and medicine, and it is never too late to implement positive changes. Given the strong connection between chronic diseases and lifestyle factors, adopting a holistic approach encompassing balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, stress management, and restorative sleep is crucial for optimizing healthspan—the quality of life as we age. Together, we can make meaningful, lasting improvements that foster physical health while still celebrating life's pleasures.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity from the University of Southern California. With over five years of hands-on experience, including a 1,000-hour internship, I have developed a strong foundation in diverse nutrition settings, including private practice, The Juilliard School, the School of American Ballet, ShopRite, and Jewish Home Family Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care Facility.
